Dr. Hector Pinero attended dental school at University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. He established a private practice in general dentistry in Puerto Rico.

Having developed an interest in the aspect of periodontics, he pursued a specialty in periodontics. Additional residency training in Periodontology was conducted at University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Pittsburgh, PA.

He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry with a specialty in periodontics and dental implants.

Dr. Pinero's periodontics and dental implants practice is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida at 217 N. Westmonte Drive, Suite #1001.
